Sandhar Tooling Pvt. Ltd., formerly Sandhar Steady Stream Tooling Pvt. Ltd started as a joint venture in 2002 with Steady Stream Business Company Ltd, Taiwan as an advanced tool & die designing and manufacturing facility. In Feb 2011 Sandhar bought the shares from Steady Stream and the name was changed to Sandhar Tooling Pvt. Ltd.

This plant is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, EDM's as well as conventional machine tools. It makes moulds up to 1250 mm x 1000 mm with weights up to 5 tons.

Sandhar Caama a JV between Sandhar and Caama India started on 2nd August 2010. Caama India, originally incorporated in Feb. 2005 produces structural parts and hydraulic winches for tractors and Off Highway Vehicles.

Sandhar Caama today produces components like tow hook, front axle, cradle, yoke, base frame, boom, main frame, front & rear body and boom F15.

PT. Sandhar Indonesia was started in 2006 to support TVS plant in Indonesia,

it has one of the lowest man to machine ratios.

The plant produces wheel assemblies, brake panels, fork assemblies, lock sets, muffler and mirror assemblies.

Founded in 1921 in Barcelona and moved to current location 50 kms. away from the city in 1995, Tecfisa was taken over by Sandhar in 2007, a plant manufacturing highly technical aluminium pressure die cast parts of medium weight for vehicle restraint systems, windscreen wiper systems, anti-vibration systems and suspension systems.

Sandhar Barcelona has casting machines ranging from 320 tons to 840 tons and produces over 200,000 components per day. Major customers are TRW, Autoliv, Bosch, Trelleborg and Saint Gobain.

The plant has finishing centers in Poland and Romania.

Indo Toolings Pvt. Ltd. a joint venture between Sandhar and JBM Group started in August 2009.for advanced tool & die design, development, simulation, re-engineering and manufacturing of all types of tooling and tryout facilities.

The plant spreads over 5 acres and is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, EDM's etc. and manufactures toolings for stamping, plastic moulds, casting dies, forging dies and jigs & fixture.

Mag Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is specialized in sheet metal fabrication for light and medium categories and one of the largest driver cabin manufacturers in India with three units in Bengaluru.

Key products are operator cabins, canopies, housings, panels, switchboards, control cabinets and all types of hi-precision sheet metal components. Its major customers are L&T Komatsu, Telcon, Caterpillar, Volvo Construction, Bharat Fritz Werner, Komatsu India, GE Healthcare, Faiveley Transport etc. It also exports to GE Medical and Caterpillar
