Founded in 1921 in Barcelona and moved to current location 50 kms. away from the city in 1995, Tecfisa was taken over by Sandhar in 2007, a plant manufacturing highly technical aluminium pressure die cast parts of medium weight for vehicle restraint systems, windscreen wiper systems, anti-vibration systems and suspension systems.

Originally, Sandhar Steady Stream Tooling Pvt. Ltd. was formed with Taiwanese collaboration in 2002 as an advanced tool & die design and manufacturing facility for Plastic injection components , Zinc and Aluminium die casting components.
Indo Toolings Pvt. Limited
Indo Toolings Pvt. Ltd. a joint venture between Sandhar and JBM Group started in August 2009.for advanced tool & die design, development, simulation, re-engineering and manufacturing of all types of tooling and tryout facilities.
Sandhar Caama Components Pvt. Ltd.
Sandhar acquired Acquired 50% stake in Caama India in Aug. 2010 for producing structural parts and hydraulic winches for Off Road Vehicles.
Mag Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Sandhar acquired 100% stake in Mag, a company specialized in sheet metal fabrication for light and medium categories and one of the largest driver cabin manufacturers in India.
