Sandhar started with sheet metal stamping in 1985 at Sector 18, Gurgaon. Thereafter in 1995 stamping capabilities were shifted to Behrampur.

Behrampur has grown to become a recognized manufacturer of quality tubular and sheet metal components in the Automotive Sector. The current facilities include power presses up to 250 tons and TIG / MIG / Spot welding stations with a processing capacity of over 15,000 tons per annum.

The plant makes stamping & tubular components and has capabilities of manufacturing underbody parts, welded, painted or powder coated sub-assemblies.

Manesar operations started in 2001 with zinc die casting and later plastic injection moulding was added in Nov. in the same year as a backward integration for the production of locks, mirrors and handles. However, with time the plant has grown to add external customers like Delphi, Trelleborg, Abhishek KSS, Pricol, Lumax and many more.

The plant has ZDC machines ranging from 15 tons – 125 tons and plastic injection machines ranging from 80 tons – 850 tons. The plant is also equipped with gas assist moulding facilities, in house design and manufacturing facilities for dies & moulds.

Zinc die casting facilities at Attibele was a part of the Adeep takeover with production at 12C KIADB. In April 2010 Sandhar Components moved to 7A KIADB, Attibele an independent campus.

The plant has capabilities of both zinc die casting and small sheet metal stamping. Equipped with imported Hi Speed precision die casting machine for faster cycles and output of 30 gms. per shot, it has PDC machines ranging from 15 to 120 tons.

Plastic Injection Moulding capabilities have been added to this plant in April 2012.

It has in house design and manufacturing facilities for dies and moulds and is in the process of renewing its ISO/TS 16949 certification for the new location

The plastic injection plant in Pune started in September 2010 to supply components to LG.

The plant produces front cabinet assemblies, back covers for TVs & LCDs and front grill assemblies for LG air conditioners.

The plant is also equipped with a paint shop.

The Aluminium die casting facility at Manesar started in 2007, has been relocated to Bawal in July 2011.

The plant spreads over an area of 5 acres, it produces thin wall aluminium die casting components for vehicle restraint systems and other components for the automotive and auto component industry.

The plant has PDC machines ranging from 120 to 550 tons.
